The Teenagers...

By now it may be well known that The Teenagers are about to go stratospheric with mega pop MTV crossover status, but somehow i still cant give them anything but love. Their remixes are off the chain, and their album sounds like the perfect bridge to cross over the worlds of indie and electronica in a pseudo mainstream way. It's tongue and cheek and yet so perfect for what the state of music is right now. These two remixes are boss, seriously they just rule hands down.
I think the key to what makes a good teenagers remix isn't just the choice of music but also their ability to tone down elements instead of going for a full on absurd thrash electro sound like many other myspace remix producers out there. Anyways I'm planning to see them on the 23th this month at spaceland, which should be full of scene kids. Anyways without further ado...
